great access to local parks and eateries for weekend adventures

I had a wonderful stay with easy access to local parks like Moonshine park, just under a kilometer away, perfect for a relaxing stroll, and a delightful walk to various dining options, including delicious Hawaiian poke at less than a 10-minute walk, which made my city explorations enjoyable and stress-free.

The cozy room came with a well-equipped kitchenette. however, cleanliness issues were disappointing, and the staff’s attitude was far from warm. Despite a few concerns like unclean conditions and unfriendly service, the comfortable amenities made my time here bearable.

Despite a few hiccups, I found some redeeming qualities during my stay. The staff were friendly, and the Queen Studio was comfortable for a quick night. I recommend bringing your own utensils, as the lack of basic dining supplies was a letdown.

Family with children decent option

Had a nice time on hotel's walkways, good spots for family pics and relaxing but the atmosphere? Quite chaotic sometimes. Staff was friendly enough, one guy Kevin made the check-in smooth, even though the lobby was a mess.

It wasn’t cheap, but I guess it was acceptable for what we got.

The laundry facilities are convenient and clean. Room cleanliness needs significant improvement. Encountered dirty linens and leftover items from previous guests.

The location was fantastic with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy to explore. The studio room was comfortable and adequately equipped for our needs during our two-night stay.

my stay exceeded my expectations compared to my previous visit to eagan. the queen studio was clean, and the housekeeping staff was friendly and efficient. it was nice to have restaurants within walking distance, making meals convenient.

I checked into the Queen Studio Non-Smoking and found the cleanliness impressive. The housekeeping staff maintained a tidy room. Located near plenty of restaurants, it made dining easy. The coffee and muffins available were decent given the price, serving a quick breakfast option. However, the check-in process took too long, with no one at the front desk initially. The room's linens felt worn, and there was a noticeable lack of amenities. I expected more utensils and kitchen supplies. Some appliances were in need of maintenance as well. Overall, the stay had highs with cleanliness and location but lows in service efficiency and room amenities.

I appreciated the clean and spacious Queen Studio, which had a welcoming decor. The staff were genuinely friendly and efficient, making me feel at home during my stay. The proximity to restaurants made dining conveniently easy for me.

Had a great time with friends! We enjoyed visiting Buck Hill for some skiing and spent a day exploring Hyland Ski and Snowboard Area. The area has lots of nearby restaurants and shops, which made it super convenient. Coffee and muffins were a nice touch for breakfast, keeping us satisfied without breaking the bank.

One downside was that I expected better cleanliness in the rooms. They could benefit from more frequent cleaning to enhance the overall experience.
